What Clients are saying about Skye Toi Lynn...

So here's the deal about Toi Lynn. She's a pioneer. She's been 10 steps ahead of us the whole way, from opening her yoga studio, to shifting gracefully from psychological counseling into Life coaching, to taking off on a cross-country pilgrimage with her hubby in a tiny trailer. She has spoken a language that many of us haven't understood regarding deities, callings, Spiritual and bodily experiences. She holds an expansive view of Life, leaving no stone unturned.

But now is the time for you to connect with Toi Lynn, my friends, because there is a tipping of humanity toward the Light and clearly She has been sent here to lead us. Having said all of that, she's also just a southern girl who loves her gal pals and can relate effortlessly with anyone and everyone in everyday speak. So reach out to her. Let her respond to you and your inquiries. You'll see. It will be very easy. And you will be renewed.

Nancy Ann Key, Friend and Fellow Wayshower, Sebastopol, CA

Toi Lynn is our guiding mother in sound and in motion. She leads us on a multigenerational, cross cultural and all inclusive journey to learning who we are.

At her first whisper, her voice puts you at ease......the trust comes and the powerful lessons flow. It's opening to the possibility......the chance that in this life I will arrive to the place where happily I say hello to marvelous me.

Mombo, Nurturing Woman on a quest, Northern California.

The healing begins here, and it feels soooo good! Finally. Part of my undoing, and relearning requires a loving, smiling, playful goddess who understands my innermost feminine self, because she too is me. A goddess guru who not only guides but is guided by the Sacred Divine of Feminine Connection!

Toi Lynn Wyle is unlike any woman with whom I have blended paths. Not only does she have a beautiful relationship with the earth, but the sky as well! With the day and the night. And the gifts she shares, and the way we grow all together ~ like old vines ~ as she waters us, feeds us, encourages us to keep reaching down deep and up high, is one of the most divine bits of the universe I have ever witnessed. Have I grown up? Yes. Have I grown down? Oh indeed! Still, I have only begun to learn I am complete.

Toi Lynn has introduced me to my spirit guides (who knew I had one, much less, many!?) She has played, giggled, cried, listened, she has spoken and taken me on journeys I will never forget. My heart just keeps unfolding, it's endless. Nurtured by the winter retreat, I feel not only a deeper connection to my intuition and place on Mother Earth, but a strong bond between other women. The circle reaches far. It is safe. It's is beautifully nurturing. It is necessary. I am ever grateful to Toi Lynn.

Toi Lynn is a special kind of leader and teacher, one who forges her own path with creativity and wisdom. The magical part of knowing and working with Toi Lynn is that she is so generous, and her life so deliberate, that she is able to lead her students down their own unique paths. Whatever direction is out there for you, Toi Lynn can help you discover it, and make your life richer and more meaningful.

Toi Lynn came into my life many years ago when she was still in CA and I now refer to her as my Life Coach, and my friend. Even thru’ her online profile, I felt a deep connection to her spirit and, as soon as I met her, I felt a deep sense of peace, one which I reach out for every time I need support. I am a crisis manager of my emotions but Toi Lynn is always there for me, ready to listen, gently coaching and guiding and even pushing me to explore what’s really going on. When she moved to Kauai I was so worried to lose her; she is my rock and the person I turn to in my darkest moments but, we meet virtually and while I love to be in the same room as her, I still feel her spirit and energy supporting me. She is loving and understanding but equally has pushed me to develop and grow by encouraging me to explore and challenge my emotions and reactions. I appreciate her mind and the fact that she continues to educate herself, making her a powerful partner. When our sessions are over, I have a lightness, a positive energy and even a joy. She has taught me so much and is truly a guiding light; I am beyond blessed to have her in my life.

I called Toi Lynn Wyle after looking her up and reading some of her writing on her website. I was attracted to her more intuitive approach to psychotherapy. After consistent one on one sessions, I was able to start practicing the self nurturing that I so much needed. Toi Lynn helped me to see and activate the vast potential for personal growth that I had not been able to see before. Toi Lynn taught me how to access the tools to practice self love and self care. Receiving Toi Lynn's guidance has irreversibly changed the course of my life for the positive. She has shown me a world of resources for maintaining my ongoing inner joy. I continually return to her guidance and wisdom as I make my way along this newfound journey by participating in her retreats or reading her writing on her website. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a resolution to a specific issue or personal growth in general. Either way, you are in good hands with Toi Lynn.

I have been practicing Clarity Breathwork and other modalities with Toi Lynn for over two and a half years. Toi Lynn’s demeanor is uplifting, her approach gentle and firm, and her extensive experience as a Clarity Breathworker, an MFT, coach, career counselor, expressive arts therapist, and yoga teacher contribute to her wise and compassionate responses in our work together. In our Clarity Breathwork sessions, Toi Lynn’s ability to truly move out of the way and hold space for the vast range of emotions that have surfaced for me is extraordinary, providing a safe container to explore feelings and a mirror with which to see myself in again and again.

In our breathwork sessions, I have been gently and safely guided to return to the breath and explore limiting beliefs. At times imagery was helpful as well as conducting sessions in the water, allowing for an even deeper experience. By returning to the breathing process and allowing emotions the space to flow through, I find myself moving more and more towards ease and away from struggle, and for me that means more joy.

Toi Lynn’s integrity, warm and nurturing nature, honest and authentic communication, ability to see and point out the positive in me, willingness to self-disclose when appropriate, humility, and playfulness have made my time working with her remarkable.

It’s profound to write about my journey because at one time I never believed it would actually happen. A few years ago I was unfulfilled in my career and personal life. I had ignored things that I was passionate about achieving. After the first few sessions working with Toi, she helped me understand the sources of my limitations and clear them out. Her compassion and experience in life coaching and psychotherapy aided me in discovering I had the courage, talent and knowledge to change my present situation and to design my future. I am so thankful! My journey was guided, realized and indeed blessed by working with Toi.

Toi Lynn is a very warm, welcoming, open hearted, non-judgmental, comforting, and authentic person. She demonstrates these characteristics in every aspect of her work. Over the past few years, I have participated in several daylong retreats where she taught yoga; led us through visualization and drumming exercises; and meditations. Everything flowed in a very beautiful, natural way. Nothing felt forced or out of place. She led the group through the day with structure and at the same time gave us space to just be and focus on our own intentions. This has also been my experience with her through our many hours of one-on-one coaching and online group retreats. Through our work together, she has helped me heal, live a fuller life, and has filled my “tool box” with tools that have been very significant in getting me through very difficult times.

Throughout our journey together, she has been right there with me, present, creating a safe space for me to heal and develop. She has a rare ability that is hard to find in a person, which is to see people for who they truly are without expectation or judgment and recognize their value. Knowing her, being able to call her a friend and being on this journey of healing with her has been one of the greatest gifts in my life.

Need critically important and authentic guidance? You'll almost surely find it in Toi Lynn. As a product of profound inner change, I left behind a career I excelled at for years. I was left in the void, unsure of what would take its place. Enter Toi Lynn: My fears were no match for her clear understanding of them. She confidently teased out and mirrored back to me what direction I knew I needed to go. She remained unfailingly present throughout our process together. Her ongoing support also included many helpful resources to investigate.

If you are in a place of profound uncertainty, or simply desire a capable partner for healing, Toi Lynn Wyle has the chops.

I enlisted Toi Lylnn as a remote guidess to aide me in navigating the strangest terrain I'd ever encountered; aiding me to stand confident & move forward when I've been completely out of my element; reminding me of my fundamental strengths and offering support, resources, and skills as I forge my own path. I've not only traversed the mountain that lay before me, but I'm bush-whacking a pathway uniquely my own - and homesteading as I lay trail! And, I'm learning more about my strengths and how I navigate the world along the way.

Toi Lynn Wyle is a tremendous resource. Wise, compassionate, intuitive and real... the best compatriot one could align themselves with to succeed!

Working with Toi Lynn was one of the kindest gifts I have ever given myself. Through breath and body work, coaching and talk therapy I was able to move beyond my fear, lack of self-acceptance, self-denial and (yes, it's true) my conditioned self-hatred to a place of compassion, willingness and joy. This work has completely altered my approach to my life. I am happy to say I am moving in a positive, hopeful direction and am enthusiastically developing the life path and career I have always wanted.

To Lynn is wonderful to work with. Besides being very knowledgeable, she is very intuitive and knows when to push, when to pull back and when to just let a much-needed silence happen. She is like the coach I always wanted, but didn't seem able to find, providing me with support and guidance as I went through this often scary journey. Ultimately, she gave me the greatest gift of all by helping me realize I can be, indeed must be, my own coach, my own ally, my own adviser and my own best friend. Of course I can (and should!) ask others for help. But in the end the next step, the next choice, is always mine. It is the only way. With deep gratitude,

Matt, previously in Martinez, now living and pursuing my dream in Chico, CA

Truthfully, I was skeptical when first embarking on breathwork therapy. I had heard of it before but just wasn’t sure it was going to work for me. However, after just one session with Toi Lynn, I was ready to give it a try. Toi Lynn made me instantly feel at ease, like I had finally met someone who understood where I was coming from and how to deal with the issues I had been grappling with. My first breathwork session started off a bit awkward, but once I let myself go and really let it work, I was transformed to depths I didn’t even know existed. I was able to say goodbye to issues I’d spent years agonizing over. Decisions suddenly became more clear, obstacles were illuminated and I emerged from each session feeling renewed and rejuvenated.

One specific issue I’d been struggling with had to do with my career and life path. I had been unhappy in my job for years and wanted to pursue graduate school but was too scared to really make a change. After a remarkably successful therapy session with Toi Lynn, I was able to push aside my obstacles and pursue both a new job and graduate school (both of which I’m now happily immersed in). I truly believe that without Toi Lynn’s insight and guidance, I wouldn’t be where I am today. She tells me that it was inside of me the whole time, which might be true, but Toi Lynn was the one who provided the key I needed to break through.

Yoga & Retreats Gratitudes

I have known Toi Lynn since 2003 when I started my yoga journey at her yoga studio in Walnut Creek. This healing and loving place taught me to have a compassionate and deeply loving experience in my body. In her Yoga classes she started me on my journey towards also becoming a healer. I learned that my body was a pathway to wisdom and aliveness when it used to be a battleground of self criticism and shame.

My husband and I were able to enjoy a silent retreat in 2011 with her as well. Through the silent retreat Brad and I both learned to listen more deeply to our selves and the world around us. I feel eternally grateful and honored to have known Toi Lynn. She speaks with compassion, honestly, and with deep respect for herself and others. I truly trust in her healing offerings.

I'm writing to thank you for the retreat, Awakening Shakti. I wasn't sure what to expect but felt drawn to your course because of your energy. It was both profound and gentle. Everyone came at different points, different ideas and you accommodated everyone seamlessly. I love that you encouraged everyone to go at their own pace, to take what they needed. Each mediation, each activity, every word and image built this safe sort of cocoon for my own exploration of my own desires and my own journey.

Your obvious knowledge of this process made it seem natural and effortless but I know it went so well because of your expertise, hard work and ability to guide the circle. This is no small feat. I've done 2 different online courses in the past few years and none were as awesome as this one. I just didn't get to the same place. But in yours I discovered so much about myself. I actually felt a part of the circle (instead of looking from the outside). I felt the support of you and of the circle of wonderful women and I also felt comfortable to explore my own soul work privately. You allowed things to unfold naturally and gave guidance at just the right times. It was the perfect balance. I've been opened. Thank you, very deep gratitude to you. I look forward to the next!

Toi Lynn is a truly masterful yoga teacher. It’s been my extreme good fortune to have begun my yoga practice under her guidance, and attending her yin and flow classes are the highlights of each week. Her teaching is transformational on so many levels. She encourages her students to cultivate curiosity, depth, joy, and honesty on the mat; all of which flow naturally into all aspects of my life. I also appreciate the fact that Toi Lynn has a solid understanding of yoga anatomy and teaches wisely and safely; always encouraging us to stay present in our bodies, in each asana, and move in and out of each with focus and intention.

Because of Toi Lynn’s love of yoga and commitment to her students, I know what it means to be part of a sangha, a community. A recent example happened just after the new year, when there were many new students in yin class. There was a lot of talking, restlessness, students coming in at the last minute, and I started to tense up. But then, I remembered it was a safe place, a precious time, another opportunity to be on my mat, in my body, in the community.

Toi Lynn acknowledged the agitation in the room and calmly set about to ground us. As if by magic, the class came together, and when it came time for our opening "Om", it resonated with incredible unity and beauty. I loved hearing her blissful sigh when the last notes faded into silence. It is testimony to Toi Lynn's evolved teaching that she is able to weave such a diverse group of students into a harmonious group. Every class is a gift, ending with gratitude (and often a poem as a beautiful send off). Thank you, Toi Lynn!

This retreat was incredible and I so enjoyed Toi Lynn. She is facile and deep, but light and fun too. The group of women was loving and powerful, I am so blessed to have been a part of it. I will be doing more with Toi Lynn in the future.

I've officially registered! And I read every word from the link provided with all the accolades from previous participants. I recommend anyone considering one of Skye's events to read through this. Everything I read was a solid bullseye in truth. I never felt so in touch with myself than while I was participating in Toi Lynn's winter women's retreat. This is something you can do at your own pace, in your own time. Participate actively or quietly. Your choice. No pressure. And you feel and know that you are never alone in the process. Best retreat I have ever been a part of...and had the most growth from. I Highly recommend this experience for anyone that wants to reach her highest potential of self knowledge and growth. I look forward to learning and growth with sisters I know, have recently met and those I will meet and grow to love. Till then...♥♡♥♡

As a woman/mother, there is always the hesitation to take a whole day off... and frankly, I don't know why we do that to ourselves! There is something magical in joining 20 women in the middle of their life, not always knowing who they are or what they go through, and offering each other the best we can. Ever been to a place where you don't have to explain, you just feel and "be" with other women? Laugh or feel sad? I truly enjoyed being in silence for 30 min while surrounded with others breathing and reflecting on their being. Respecting each other's space. And then I was empowered by the commonality I discovered among all of us. Why is it we all strive so hard to belong? Why is it that our fear of not being accepted undermines our dreams, our voice and our ambition? All I know now is that next time I feel that insecurity deep inside, I will also remember that 20 other women that weekend wanted to change that unpleasant feeling. I am not alone. Neither are you, if you are willing to share.

While attending Toi Lynn's restorative yoga class, one is transformed into a state of calm and acceptance. Her presence in the room is that of pure, unconditional love for each and every one of her students. She cares about how you are receiving the poses - and also encourages one to express when there is any type of discomfort that he/she is experiencing. Her emphasis is that of moving the body in a nurturing manner, being sure to remind us of the importance of breath. The beginning of the class is started with a setting of intention which is shared by an Om......And the class ends with a recital of a poem which has inspired Toi Lynn for that day. She is a gift and a blessing to us all.

While going through a major change in my life, I attended the Awakening Shakti workshop with Toi Lynn. The workshop helped me to release my fears and painful past memories. It empowered me to joyfully embrace my new freedom and embrace my realization of limitless possibilities of a happy joyful loving life!

With gratitude and much love, Michelle, San Mateo, CA

The Embodied Awareness day long actually was very similar to what I hoped it would be. One of my favorite things was lying on my back, looking through that magnificent skylight, and watching clouds literally zoom across the sky. The clouds for me represented the “thousand and one things” that pull us off center and steal our peace. They also symbolized the freedom of spirit to soar and float on the wind. Kind of paradoxical, but that’s what I like. The retreat reminded me that Silence gives me shelter from the storms of the world. If I embrace it frequently, it opens its arms and enfolds me with protection and love.

Ruth, MFT, Sacramento, CA

My intention for the Embodied Awareness Retreat was to be in the moment...although I recall integration came up for me. My hope was that I would have a day of disconnect from the electronic world and the needs of my family. I had no expectations. I am always amazed that one can take a short drive and be in a completely different environment. My mind still holds the picture of getting out of my car in a snow dusted hidden valley.

The major take away for me was how challenging being in the moment is when not on retreat. My favorite experiences were outdoors. I walked in two different directions and found myself drawn to the sound of rushing water. I found my way to the bank of the creek where the water was still. Connecting to that stillness increased my awareness of how often I am in the center of the rushing stream trying to figure out where I am going, and how grateful I am for moments of stillness. Then walking on the winding trail and questioning what was at the end and recognizing that I was not present for the journey while thinking about the destination. With all the changes in my life in the last year or so, I have become increasingly aware of how the destination has been my focus, rather than the journey itself. I have spent alot of time trying to figure out what it is I am supposed to do, looking for answers by doing what I think I am supposed to be doing, and feeling angry or fearful of the unknown destination, and in the process missing the moments and the blessings. I am and will always be a work in progress.
